Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026-2027 Regular Season

All league registration fees are non-refundable once registration has been completed. League registration fees are used to cover the costs associated with operating and administering the league throughout the season, including subscriptions and services such as Crossbar and Gamesheet, scheduling and league administration, as well as the costs of hosting and operating our end-of-season tournament. Because these expenses are committed on behalf of the league and its participating teams, registration fees cannot be refunded due to withdrawal, cancellation, changes in team participation, or other circumstances occurring after registration. By completing registration, teams acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Please note: All registration fees for both the seeding tournament and regular season are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as these fees go directly toward securing ice time, officials, and other league operations.
